Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Bengaluru. Delivery availability and charges are calculated based on your location at checkout.

When do you accept orders and when are they delivered?

Orders for the week are accepted until Thursday at 10:00 PM. Orders placed before the cutoff are baked fresh and delivered on Saturday or Sunday, depending on your selected delivery slot and availability.

What happens if I order after Thursday at 10:00 PM?

Orders placed after the weekly cutoff will usually move to the following weekend’s delivery cycle. If we have extra availability, we may be able to accommodate an earlier delivery.

How should I store the bakes?

Store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. For the best texture, cookies can be warmed briefly before eating. Cinnamon rolls and banana bread are best enjoyed fresh and may be refrigerated if you plan to keep them longer.

Do your products contain nuts or other allergens?

Some of our products contain nuts and other common allergens such as wheat, milk and soy. Please check the individual product information before ordering. All our products are prepared in the same kitchen, and although equipment and surfaces are cleaned between batches, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations can be made until Thursday at 10:00 PM. After the cutoff, we may not be able to make changes to your order.

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We accept larger orders for celebrations, events, offices and gifting. Bulk orders may require additional lead time, so please get in touch with us before placing the order.

How fresh are the bakes when they arrive?

Our bakes are prepared specifically for the weekend delivery cycle, so they reach you fresh rather than sitting in ready-made inventory. For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying them soon after delivery.
